Fun for the whole family !  Members of the Michigan Optometry Association plus student volunteers from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State, will host Children’s Vision Day at the GR Children’s Museum tomorrow,  Saturday, March 10 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

The event is open to children of all ages and the kids will be encouraged to explore different areas of the museum, including All About the Eye, and Eye to Eye with Your Eye Doctor.  Plus there will be story time, face painting, a color station, and much more to do!   Children will be encouraged to collect stamps at all the different stations to receive a prize.

This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to be come familiar with eye care in a warm, friendly, non- threatening environment.

Crash, the mascot of the West Michigan Whitecaps, will also make a special appearance from 12 – 1 p.m.

Regular museum admission fees are required for entry into the event.
