Changes to the Menu Coming as Grove Restaurant Names New Head Chef

Fans of Grove Restaurant in Grand Rapids should prepare for changes to the menu. The popular restaurant has named a new head chef.

Grove has announced that former Mia and Grace owner Jeremy Paquin has been named Grove's new head chef. Paquin is new to Grove, but not new to the company that owns Grove, Essence Restaurant Group. Paquin joined Essence Restaurant Group’s Bistro Bella Vita restaurant in 2015 after closing Muskegon's Mia and Grace. Paquin’s background with fresh, local products is expected to work well at Grove.

Paquin will be assisted by Mike Borraccio, Grove's new Chef de Cuisine. New and additional items are being planned for the menu, as well as some classic farm-to-table dishes that were popular at Grove when it first opened.
