Celebrate Valentine's Day by welcoming another love into your life.

Meet Cinco from Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Cinco.

Cinco was found as a stray in February of 2014, somehow surviving the long, cold winter. Cinco was beaten up and sick with a bad respiratory infection.

A woman named Kathleen brought Cinco into her home for three months. She cared for him and saved him from the hard winter, but she couldn't keep him permanently.

Cinco entered Crash's Landing on May 5, 2014.

Cinco was born in the spring of 2009. He was in rough shape when he entered Crash's Landing, his tongue was lacerated, his left eye minorly injured, the tip of his right ear is missing and two of his canine teeth had snapped in half.

Today, Cinco is doing well and likes to take it easy and relax, a big change from his time as a stray.

Can you adopt Cinco?
