Good News! Snacking On Chocolate And Wine Is Good For Your Heart

Chocolate and wine, researchers now say, are good for the heart!  First of all I'd like to thank whoever is doing these studies.  Chocolate and wine?  It's sounds like a party to me.

Now this is good news for most people but for people like me, food addicts, this sort of thing just doesn't work!  But a new study suggests that snacking on chocolate could help fight weight gain too

Too Much Sitting Can Kill You, New Study Suggests

I didn't need a study to know this; my 83 year old mom has been telling me it for years.  She never sits down, walks 3 miles a day, climbs 3-4 flights of stairs, and doesn't need any medications.  A new study suggests that this may be one of the reasons for her good health.  The

Lack of Sleep Can Lead to Poor Heart Health

All of us "Morning Radio" personalities are sleep deprived.  Having to get up so early in the morning, 3:30 to 4 am every morning, Monday through Friday, makes it very difficult to really get the 'so called' required amount of sleep you're supposed to need.  I mean, hey, who wants to go to bed at 7 or 8 at night?  Not I.

Michigan Can Now Print 4,000 Medical Marijuana Cards A Day

Reading this story sounds an awful lot like the State of Michigan has legally allowed the use of medical marijuana.  Am I the only one that is reading this story that way?  It's almost like. "We need to get more cards printed, more quickly, so people can legally be using the stuff without getting in trouble for it"

The State of Michigan purchased a machine, a printer, that will allow it to produce 4,000 medical marijuana cards a day
