As a kid, some of our most exciting times were spent at the Drive-In Movie. Our parents would surprise us and we couldn't wait. Mom would cook sandwiches, we'd load the cooler with Grapette drinks (my favorite soda in it's day), make popcorn, and we'd be off. It was all too much fun.
There aren't many Drive-In's left anymore. I think Muskegon is the closest, but what about a kind of 'walk-up' movie. But I mean, out doors, walking up with your lawn chairs, sitting down with your own picnic and enjoying a great family movie.
