Stage Collapses In Belgium, Reportedly Killing Four

Another stage has collapsed at an outdoor concert, reportedly killing at least four people.

The stage at the Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium succumbed to heavy rains and wind earlier today, collapsing into the crowd that had gathered to watch Chicago-based band the Smith Westerns.

Taylor Swift Beats Out Paul McCartney for July Concert Crown

Time will tell if we’ll still need her when she’s 64, but last month, Taylor Swift was the biggest concert draw in the land — selling even more tickets than Paul McCartney.

According to numbers released by the ticketing service TicketsNow, Swift accounted for an amazing six percent of system-wide sales, good enough to place her sixth on the all-agency list of events for the month.

Paul McCartney Rocks Detroit At Comerica Park

Forty-One years after the end of the world's greatest rock band,  Paul McCartney proved last night in Detroit that he is truly one of the "best" entertainers ever.  The 69-year-old McCartney treated tens of thousands at Comerica Park to a non-stop three hour show that was absolutely amazing!  Unlike several members of his generation and stature still out on the road, Paul still has it.  He didn't need a slew of background vocalists to cover up the fact that he can no longer sing.

Bob Seger To Hit The Road. Again.

It looks like Bob Seger and his Silver Bullet Band might be tending to some unfinished business later this year. Seger's longtime saxophonist Alto Reed tells "Rolling Stone" the band is talking about a fall tour where the guys would play markets they missed earlier this year. Back in March, the band kicked off its first trek since 2007 and Reed said those 28 shows were some of their best in decades. But they didn't get to spend as much time on the East Coast as they might have liked, so they're making plans for a second leg that would stop in cities like New York, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, among others.
