Caine is our Pet of the Week on Wet Nose Wednesday

Caine the dog is our special pet of the week.

Andy Rent talked about him on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Meet Caine, an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. Sam, from the Humane Society, brought Caine into the studios. He is a beautiful 5-year old Pit Bull Terrier mix. Caine weighs about 57lbs and is very social and friendly. He is tolerant and would do well with respectful children.

According to the American Kennel Club, the Pit Bull/Terrier is a confident, good-natured and smart dog. They enjoy daily exercise and is adaptable to almost anything you want to do to provide this. Sounds like a good pet to me.

Sam reminds everyone the Humane Society is having an adoption event this Thursday, the 23rd, from 4-7pm at Moosejaw Mountaineering at 410 Ionia Ave SW. They will have adoptable dogs with them that you may adopt during the event. And, mom's and dad's, don't forget that this is the last week to sign your kids up for Spring Break Camp happening April 4th-6th for kids ages 7-11.
