Butter, the cat, came calling today.

Butter visited with Andy Rent as he talked about her on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Trudy, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, brought Butter into the studios.

Butter is a 3-month old Domestic medium hair cat, that needs a good, loving home. Butter has been neutered, had all his vaccinations, is micro chipped, and ready to find a new home.

According to the Cat Fanciers Association, if you're looking for a cat that will be a gentle companion, a playmate for your children, and a full-fledged member of the family, look no further than the Domestic Medium Hair. This breed is known for its longevity, robust health, good looks, sweet personality, and amiability with children, dogs, and other pets. Kelly fits the bill, totally.

Trudy also mentioned their dog special running today and tomorrow. All dogs, 6-months and older are only $50! This is the perfect and affordable time to find the dog you've always wanted.

Kat, the human, from the Bissell Pet Foundation, stopped by and talked about the "Blocktail Party" coming up at Mangiamo! Restaurant, Tuesday, June 14, promising a good time for all– rain or shine. Join pet lovers and their four-legged friends on the lawn of Mangiamo! for an evening of music, ‘yappetizers,’ a unique silent auction and a chance to mingle with fellow pet lovers.

You can get all the information on the Humane Society website or call (616) 453-8900.
