Just a few more weeks and the kids go back to school. Hurray. Can't wait. In the meantime, let the spending begin. We've already begun clothing shopping at our house....clothes and football spikes.

Parents appear to be spending a little less money on back-to-school shopping this year. A new poll from the National Retail Federation shows U.S. parents plan to spend an average of 603-dollars-and-63-cents this year for their kids' back-to-school supplies. That's slightly down from last year's average of 606-dollars-and-40-cents.
