Avoid Scammers Collecting Money For Jessica Heeringa
Jessica Heeringa has been missing since April 26th. While there have been some clues, some leads and searches and investigations, she is still missing.
Unfortunately, dishonest scammers will miss no opportunity - even an abduction - to get your money.
Last night on the "Find Jessica Heergina" Facebook page...
This is with great disgust that I share this with you all. It has been reported that a person has been standing outside of Walmart in Roosevelt Park collecting donations for Jessica's son. This person is in no way affiliated with any of the family. This person has been turned into all Walmart stores. I will continue to report this person to all stores. Please share this info, so everyone knows these people are frauds. If you do see anyone collecting donations, call 911!"
Norton Shores Police have confirmed an investigation into an "incident" on May 14th where someone was asking for money under the pretenses of helping Heeringa's family.
