Police have apprehended a man they think shot "multiple" people at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. CNN is reporting numerous law enforcement officers were among the victims. The College Station Police department said they don't have a definitive number of victims at this time. The shooting took place about a block from campus, and at least one civilian was shot in the attack.

Sherwood Schwartz, the man who created or contributed to several iconic television shows, died Tuesday at 4AM of natural causes. He was 94.
Schwartz worked in radio for Bob Hope before transitioning to television, where he won a 1961 Emmy as part of the writing team for 'The Red Skelton Show.' He also worked on series such as 'My Favorite Martian' and 'Harper Valley PTA.'

Rothbury, Michigan was host to the Electric Forest Festival 2011. REO Speedwagon dropped in for a "Saturday Afternoon Special" show. Despite the band not really fitting with the general theme of the rest of the show (jam bands, blues, folk and electronic music), REO Speedwagon still rocked the crowd of Electric Forest patrons.
