The 2016 Art Van Santa Parade presented by the Grand Rapids Jaycees is Saturday, November 19.

The parade has named the grand marshal and special musical guest.

The Grand Rapids Santa Parade will feature more than 100 entries including 10 musical acts, five large balloons and 14 professionally designed floats.

Grand Rapids Mayor Rosalynn Bliss will be the grand marshal.

Singer/songwriter Jacob Davis will be the guest of honorDavis started playing music at the age of 13. He moved to Nashville at the age of 23 and signed a record deal with Wrensong/Reynsong Music.

"We are elated to have both Mayor Bliss and Jacob Davis as a part of this historic commencement of the holiday season," says Grand Rapids Jaycee President Rebekah Kennedy.

The parade starts at 9AM at the corner of Michigan St. and Monroe Ave. The parade will continue south on Monroe past Rosa Parks Circle before it ends just past the intersection of Fulton St. and Monroe Ave.
