I'm ashamed to say it, but even though I have spent plenty of time at Lake Michigan, I still haven't been to Holland. I need to stop being a slacker and make it happen!

Then I've been pretty busy since I've moved to town. Moving twice, entertaining family, helping family move, spending time at the lake (in Saugatuck and Grand Haven), and never ending yard work.

Seriously, love the house we bought, but my Lord. We spent the whole summer trying to tame the yard. I think we almost have it where we want it. Then ... I'm sure next summer the to do list will grow long once again.

Maybe I should plan a winter trip to Holland and check it out. I met a really cool guy from Holland once upon a time, I need to get his number he promised me a beer and a McDonalds burger.

With the holidays coming up fast, like a week and a half before I don't have to feel guilty about having my Christmas tree up fast, maybe I can swing by Holland and see what the town looks like during the holidays.

I know, I know, stop talking about it and go do it.
