UPDATE (1:30pm): The Amber Alert for two-year-old Jarren Jackson has been cancelled. He has been found safe according the the Michigan State Police.

The Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a two-year-old missing out of Washtenaw County.

Authorities are saying that Jarren Laron Jackson was taken from his parents' vehicle after it broke down on the side of the road shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday.

Investigators say he was abducted by a white male, who is five foot 10 inches tall. The suspect's vehicle is an older red pick up with rust.

Jarren was last was seen wearing a red shirt, a red hoodie, a camouflage winter coat, and blue jeans.

Anyone with with information about Jarren, his abductor, or the abductor's

vehicle is asked to call 911 or the Michigan State Police. More information can be found on the Amber Alert Michigan website.
