Aleigha the dog came calling today.

Aleigh visited with Andy Rent as he talked about him on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Trudy, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, brought Aleigha  into the studios.

Aleigha is a 3 and one-half-year old American Staffordshire Terrier, that needs a good, loving home. Aleigha has been neutered, had all her vaccinations, is micro chipped, and almost ready to find a new home. Trudy mentioned that she has tested heart-worm positive and is being treated now. Sandy should be ready for adoption very soon.

According to the American Kennel Club, the Staffordshire Terrier is a confident, good-natured and smart dog. They enjoy daily exercise and is adaptable to almost anything you want to do to provide this.

You can get all the information on the Humane Society website or call (616) 453-8900.
