Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center. Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.
Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.
This week, we're spotlighting Tinkerbelle.
Two summers ago, Ron H. and his wife came across a very pregnant stray who wandered into their yard and starting living under their deck. They took her in. After the kittens were born, Ron and his wife cared for them as long as they could, but their dogs weren't too happy. Once the kittens were old enough they found the whole cat family a new home and Mama Kitty/Tinkerbelle became the newest resident at Crash's Landing.
Tinkerbelle has loved Crash's Landing from the start and loves exploring. She also loves being carried around like a baby, getting back scratches and eating!
