Crash's Landing learned that Temperley needed a home in January. They immediately welcomed her just as they have done for so many other cats.

Now Temperley needs a permanent home.

Please adopt Temperley.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Temperley.

Crash's Landing has helped hundreds of cats. Sadly, the demand never ends. Crash's Landing takes in as many cats as they can, but they are forced to create rules that decide which cats they bring into their shelter.

When Crash's Landing brought in Temperley, they broke the rules because they wanted to help her so badly.

Crash's Landing is the only shelter in the area that takes FIV postive cats. Crash's Landing is not usually able to take FIV or Feline Leukemia positive cats from other rescues, but when they got a call from the Kent County Animal Shelter in January, they bent the rules and stepped up to help.

Now it's your turn.

Can you adopt Temperley?
