Before she was brought into Crash's Landing, Maud was found sitting on an abandoned sofa by the side of the road.

It's time to give Maud an upgrade and welcome her to your sofa.

Please adopt Maud!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Maud.

On October 15, 2015, a volunteer contacted Crash's Landing after they discovered Maud sleeping on an abandoned sofa on the side of the road near an assisted living facility on the northwest side of Grand Rapids.

Maud was about 8 years old and eight pounds. She was also filthy, flea-ridden and terribly anemic when she first arrived at Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing gave her all the love and treatment she needed and today she is ready to be adopted!

Please adopt Maud!
