Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Grumpy.

Grumpy is quickly approaching an anniversary that we hope he never gets to celebrate. June 18 will bring the fifth anniversary of Grumpy's arrival at Crash's Landing.

Grumpy had a rough time before he got to Crash's Landing. He looked awful. His whole body was one huge mat of fur and he was always fighting with neighborhood cats. He had cuts and scratches. It was no surprise when he tested FIV positive.

Time has brought some changes to Grumpy. He is gentle and easygoing now. He loves people and takes all of the attention he can get. Come in to meet Grumpy today and see the transformation for yourself!
