Take a break from your long list of summer projects and relax with some lemonade and a new friend.

Adopt Elsa from Crash's Landing.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is "Purrrfect Friday," where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home. This week, we're spotlighting Elsa.

Elsa first came to Crash's Landing in January of 2013. She was born in the summer of 2010.

Elsa needed help and Crash's Landing provided it.

Elsa had "sustained a devastating trauma to her foreleg, causing her shoulder to become non-functional". The damage had occurred long ago making repairing it impossible.

Elsa manages fine with only three functional legs, but she does require a lot of rest.

If you're looking for a gentle cat that is just waiting to be spoiled, Elsa is the cat you have been looking for!

Can't adopt, but still want to help?
