Crash's Landing helps hundreds of cats get off the streets and into loving homes. Some are kittens and some are more well-aged like Buzz, but they ALL deserve a second chance.

Can you help Buzz?

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Buzz.

Buzz was born in April of 2005. He has always been very social and was quickly adopted during his first stay at Crash's Landing. Buzz spent nine happy years with his owner before his owner passed away in 2016. He was relocated to a family member's home in 2016, but the two cats already at Buzz's new home weren't so happy about having company.

Crash's Landing was contacted in early April of 2017 and asked if they would be willing to open their doors to Buzz once again. Of course, they were happy to help.

Buzz needed a few teeth extracted and some minor grooming, but other than that he was in great shape!

Please adopt Buzz!
