Taxes are done and summer is just around the corner. Things are starting to look pretty good in West Michigan. You're just one step away from a truly unforgettable summer. Adopt Bronwyn from Crash's Landing and make it a year you'll never forget!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Bronwyn.

Bronwyn was born in early 2012. In January of 2016, she was brought indoors and given shelter from the cold West Michigan winter.

Bronwyn been spayed but had no microchip and there was no way to find her owner. The man who took her in would have liked to have kept her, but his other cats were having nothing to do with it. Also, Bronwyn tested positive for FIV, so it was too risky since the other cats were so strongly opposed to their new visitor.

Next, Crash's Landing entered the picture. They took Bronwyn in and she has been enjoying her time there even though she is a bit of a loner at times.

Today, Bronwyn is ready for a permanent home. Please adopt her!
