The joys of summer are even bigger when you have someone to share them with.

Adopt Abram from Crash's Landing and make it a summer you'll never forget!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Abram.

Abram was born in the summer of 2008. It feels like he's been growing ever since. Abram is a big boy. He weighed over 13 pounds when he first arrived at Crash's Landing on January 10, 2013.

When Abram first arrived at Crash's Landing he needed a good cleaning, plus he had ear mites and fleas. It was also discovered that he was FIV positive, but Crash's Landing provided him with a loving home as they have so many other FIV positive cats.

Abram is happy now, but nothing would make him happier than finding a family of his own.

Can you adopt Abram?
