A West Michigan Campfire

Finally, we string a couple nice days together. Have you spent much time on the backyard barb-b-cue? All of us have our favorites, gas or charcoal. Even experts like Steven Reichlen on PBS cooks using both. We have a gas grill, and yes, I like how it gets right hot right away. Our electric starter doesn't work however, so I have to throw a lit match at the grill...Woosh, big flame. Loose a few eyebrows every now and then.
