The Grand Rapids Public Museum’s most popular annual event, Night at Your Museum, is back for another year of fun! Join the GRPM on Friday, December 27 as the Museum comes alive with characters from the Civil War, medieval knights, and more! The fun starts at 6 p.m. and continues until 9 p.m.

Night at Your Museum guests will receive a souvenir flashlight and honorary security guard badge upon admittance to the dimly-lit museum. Visitors then take part of the drama that unfolds throughout the museum as exhibition characters come to life. Watch dueling medieval knights, ceremonial dances performed by Native Americans, and skirmishes reenacted by Civil War soldiers. The Spillman Carousel whirls to life throughout the evening. Guest can also catch one of the five Mighty Wurlitzer Theater Organ concerts performed during the event.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 15, 2013. The cost is $20 per person, which includes dinner. All proceeds from the event benefit the programs and exhibitions at the GRPM. For additional information or to order tickets, please visit www.grpm.org or call 616.456.3977. Please note that this event often sells out, so order tickets early.
