2014 Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts Poster Revealed
Spring is officially less than two months away.
This morning we got a reminder of the fun, warm weather events to come when Festival of the Arts organizers revealed their poster for 2014.
The 45th annual Festival of the Arts is June 6-7-8 in Grand Rapids.
This year's poster was designed by Dana Ziebarth.
Ziebarth studied art in Chicago before moving to Grand Rapids in the 50s.

In the late 1960s, Dana opened a studio in downtown Rockford. It was there that she met the Swedish baker, Arne Fahlen, (owner of Arnie's Bakery and Restaurants). He hired her to do paintings for all his menus and placemats. Among the Arnie's locations today, Fahlen's 54th Street location has a full room dedicated to displaying Ziebarth's paintings.
