So many videos coming from the East Coast in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.  There are many you've already seen, like the crane dangling 90 stories up or the wide-angle shots of Manhattan's darkened skyline.  But there are some I'm finding that haven't been covered as much.

Check out this video.  It's from Lower Manhattan, near Battery Park City (as a point of reference, Battery Park was just a few blocks from the World Trade Center buildings).  This is a tunnel for traffic.  It's what cars drive into to exit the island.  Tunnels also make an excellent path of least resistance for water.
