More that 600 people are planning to attend a very special event this Saturday at Fallasburg Park in Lowell.  That's because October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month.

"A Walk to Remember," is a opportunity for families to honor the memory of our beloved children who died due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death.  The mission being
to let bereaved parents know they’re not alone.

Families, friends and caregivers whose lives have been touched by the death of a baby or babies are invited to remember and celebrate these lives that passed so quickly, yet impacted us so deeply.

The walk is this Saturday, October 20th, 2012.  The park Opens at 9am, Memorial Service at 10am followed by the balloon release, and family picnic, all at Fallasburg Park in Lowell.

There is a modest cost of $20 per family or group.
