Wow, what a mixture of activities this weekend. We have everything from an exhibit in honor of First Lady Betty Ford to the Grand Rapids Heart Ball. We have music and comedy. There is boxing and hockey. It’s the final weekend to get your taxes done. There is a Motorcycle Swap Meet and a Petting Zoo. There is also a Home and Lifestyle Show.

Some activities include the kids, while others are more for the adults.

    Grand Valley State University Volunteer Income Tax Assistance

    The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program assists low-income community members to complete their income tax returns, as a free service open to the public. Last year, volunteers assisted over 140 individuals in filing their tax returns!

    Local farm families share their small and baby animals at the Coopersville Farm Museum's annual Petting Zoo. Sometimes there's a cow and a goat, sometimes a chicken and a duck, but there's always bunnies! The crafty staff at the museum also has animal related crafts in store for each Saturday in April!
